Sheet Guiding Device

The machine’s main frame is welded separately, and the outer panels are fastened with screws after surface rot blasting.

Rollers: Made from high-grade No.45 forged steel and processed with digital-controlled precision.

Shafts: Each roller shaft is ground twice using precision grinding machines to ensure accuracy and high-quality final products.

Durability: After machining, rollers are plated with hard chrome, providing long-lasting performance and extended service life.

Hydraulic Post Cutting

Function: The cutting process is PLC-controlled. The main machine automatically stops for cutting, and resumes operation once cutting is complete.
