Usage | Floor Decking Panel |
Most floor deck roll forming machines include four or five main parts: an uncoiler, a leveler, a punch press, a shear, and a stacker. The uncoiler feeds metal sheets into the machine, while the leveler makes sure the sheets are flat and smooth before entering the rollers. The punch press makes holes for fasteners, and the shear cuts the panels to the required length. At the end, the stacker gathers and stacks the finished panels for easy transport.

Applications
Steel floor decks are widely used in:
Power plants and power equipment facilities
Automobile exhibition halls
Steel structure workshops and warehouses
Offices and logistics centers
Airports, railway stations, stadiums, theaters, and supermarkets
Large-scale projects such as Olympic venues and high-rise buildings
Product Advantages
Fast Construction: Provides a solid working platform in a short time, meeting the needs of rapid steel structure construction.
Structural Strength: Acts as the tensile reinforcement of concrete floors, improving floor rigidity while reducing the use of steel and concrete.
Excellent Bonding: Embossed surface increases bonding strength between steel deck and concrete, forming a unified structure with high bearing capacity.
Efficient Production: Equipped with advanced hydraulic drive and automatic cutting system, ensuring deformation-free products, no material waste, and high safety.
Cost Savings: In high-rise buildings, traditional formwork can be omitted, floor load is reduced, and overall steel usage is minimized, lowering construction costs.
The floor decks produced by this equipment can be combined with spot-welded steel mesh and on-site concrete pouring to achieve superior strength, durability, and adhesion for modern steel structure buildings.
